Fonctionnement
Operator loads tube into fixture (manual). Color-mark sensor (Panasonic) detects orientation; the mark-finder motor rotates the tube to align print. Servo/driven dosing piston fills 5–300 mL of product to ±1% accuracy. The Leister hot-air gun heats the tube tail; the integrated water-cooled chiller cools the sealing jaws to maintain consistent weld temperature for clean seals. Code embossing is performed during sealing. A trimming station cuts the tail; finished tube is discharged. PLC + touchscreen control with stepless speed adjustment.
