Fonctionnement
Manual tube loading at station 1; the eight-station turntable indexes via cam transmission. Station 2 doses 5–250 mL of product. Stations 3–4 externally heat the tube tail in two stages (each station 2×350 W heating rods). Station 5 seals the heated tail (two-side / three-side / saddle-fold available); a reciprocating cylinder-driven scissor mechanism stamps batch and date code. Station 6 trims the seal edge; a blow-air device sweeps cut scrap clear of the worktable. Stations 7–8 discharge finished tubes. A single motor drives a worm-gear reducer with VFD speed control.
