Fonctionnement
Tubes auto-feed onto the rotating fixture; a color-mark sensor (Panasonic/Keyence) detects each printed mark and the servo-controlled rotation aligns the print orientation. A servo dosing system fills 5–300 mL of product into the tube to ±1% accuracy. The tube tail is hot-melt heated by a 3.3 kW heater, then sealed in either linear / mesh / shaped form, optionally with batch coding embossed during sealing. A trimming station cuts excess tail. A 1.0 kW chiller circulates water through seal jaws between cycles to maintain consistent sealing temperature. Finished tubes are ejected. PLC + touchscreen for stepless speed control, parameter setting, production counting.
Processus de fonctionnement
