Continuous-feed flower-basket single-punch press: granular feed enters the die from a basket-style hopper; lower punch sets the dose; upper punch travels down (max 110mm stroke) to compress the powder under 30 tons of working pressure, ejecting a tablet up to 50mm lower-die diameter with ±0.05mm accuracy. Operates at 20 cycles/min.
