Fonctionnement

Atmospheric, water-jacketed melting/dissolving vessel: gelatin and other materials are loaded into the SS304 inner tank; the surrounding SS304 jacket is filled with hot water (heated electrically, max 115°C, <0.1MPa) to indirectly heat the contents to up to 100°C. A vertical paddle agitator (0.37kW, 0-88rpm) homogenizes the gel solution before transfer to downstream soft-capsule encapsulation.
