Fonctionnement
Bottles arrive on POM chain conveyor and are positioned by infrared photo-eyes. Sequential operations: (1) 16 measuring-cup volumetric filling heads meter 1g/2g/3g desiccant from a vibratory bowl/hopper into the bottle; (2) cap-covering station drops a cap onto the bottle from a vibratory feeder bowl; (3) cap-pressing station presses the cap on. PLC + 7-inch HMI controls all parameters with save/recall. Frequency-converter speed control on conveyor and turntable motors. Ethernet connectivity: PLC 192.168.2.1, HMI 192.168.2.10.
Processus de fonctionnement
