SED-30GSGFX-7 — Cream Filling, Laminating and Capping Machine

Operator loads bottles onto the bottle-feeder turntable; bottles flow onto the conveyor by tangential force. Photoelectric sensor detects bottles on main turntable; PLC enables filling only when a bottle is present. Servo lifting cylinders raise twin-head filling nozzles into the bottle to dispense product (cream/gel) without stringing. Aluminum foil is cut and laminated/heat-sealed onto the bottle mouth. Caps are sorted by vibrating bowl or cap-lifter and vacuum-picked, pre-spun, then torque-controlled servo capper tightens consistently. Capped bottles exit on the conveyor.
