Fonctionnement
Vertical form-fill-seal (back-seam) with screw-auger powder doser: roll film (max 300 mm diameter) unwinds; high-sensitivity fiber color-mark sensor tracks the printed registration mark; servo film-pull motor with timing belt precisely positions film for each cut — never cuts logos. Film forms into a back-seam tube. Screw auger meters the powder dose (0.3–3.5 g target). Vertical (back) seal and horizontal (top/bottom) seal applied by pneumatic heated jaws with independent PID temperature control. Rounded-corner punch device produces the signature rounded-corner bag shape. Ribbon date coder included. Closed electrical box and chassis protect against dust and pest ingress.
