Fonctionnement

Servo-driven volumetric filling: powder is conveyed pneumatically from a 120 L hopper at 3 m³/h to a 45 L on-machine reservoir. Container is auto-positioned beneath the lift-adjustable metering head (can be adjusted while running). Servo motor drives the screw auger at a calibrated rate corresponding to the target weight. No-container-no-fill sensor prevents waste. Pneumatic horizontal and vertical sealing jaws seal the container after filling. Plexiglass dust shield and integrated dust extractor at discharge port contain dust. Up to 10 recipes are stored in the PLC for fast product changeover.
