Fonctionnement
Manual loading onto bottle unscrambler (LPE-RAT85, Φ850 mm turntable, 35–50 cans/min) → UV sterilizer (LPE-RUV35: 8×15W rotating + 2×15W chamber lamps, 253.7 nm short-wave UV, light intensity retention >85%, ≤30 cans/min) → dual-head powder filler (LPE-PFM001: servo-controlled, fill range 50–500 g, accuracy ±1%, speed 20–35 cans/min; 50L fill hopper + 150L elevator hopper, no-container no-fill; applicable can diameter Φ40–130 mm, height 60–220 mm) → check-weigher (JW-C1000: range 10–1000 g, max 80 packs/min, accuracy ±1 g) → three vacuum/N2 sealers (LPE-DVC20, dual-head each; speed 10–12 cans/min, residual O2 ≤3%; Cr12 die steel seaming rollers and chuck) → fiber laser coder (LPE-OLP030, 20W, 1064 nm, mark range 110×110 mm) → high-cap press capper with cap unscrambler/elevator (LPE-DPC30, 30 cans/min) → can-body cleaner (LPE-GSJ030: 360° air-blast + brush cleaning, 30 cans/min).
