The SED-30BYG-I is a semi-automatic rotor pump filling machine for paste and viscous liquids. Built with a 304 stainless steel rotor pump head (surface finish ≤0.6 μm), a 1.0 kW servo motor (Enclaret), 1:7 planetary gearbox, and a single-chip PLC controller. Designed for pharmaceutical, daily chemical, food, agrochemical, and specialty industries. Output: 5–30 bottles/min; fill range: 30–30,000 mL per stroke.
