SED-30BXP-O semi-automatic bottle washing machine. Used in conjunction with soaking/scrubbing to spray-wash inside and outside of round bottles with clean water. 30 wash heads, production capacity 2000–3000 bottles/hour.

Fonctionnement

The machine base is welded from steel plate and angle iron. Thirty spraying pipes on a rotating shunt are driven clockwise by a worm-and-worm-wheel reducer. Operator inserts bottles upside-down onto the spraying pipes; water is sprayed inside the inverted bottle (timed) while the outer nozzle washes the outside simultaneously. Continuous manual bottle exchange achieves 2000–3000 bottles/hour throughput.

Nettoyage et entretien

Before production and after every shift, fully check and wash the machine. Repair welded joints immediately if they fall off. Fasten loose fasteners promptly. Replace damaged shunt washers immediately to prevent friction with the rotation shaft. After seasonal or intermittent production periods, fully wash and maintain the machine, replace damaged or eroded parts and washers, and apply lubricant/grease to prevent corrosion.
