Fonctionnement

Once-through oil-fired steam generator: feed water (softened by the built-in 1T resin softener) enters the small-volume coil/shell at DN20; an RS30 oil burner combusts diesel in the firebox,transferring heat along the once-through tubing where water flashes to steam; a pressure controller modulates the burner to maintain 0.7 MPa,with a DN20 safety valve and pressure gauge for protection. Steam exits at DN25 to the user; condensate/blowdown exits through DN25 ports. Waste-heat recovery uses a metal hose,float valve and stainless DN32 valve to preheat feed water.
