Fonctionnement
Vibratory bowl feeder with counting control: parts are placed in the Φ300 mm bowl which vibrates at line frequency (220 V/50 Hz) to convey and orient parts up its spiral track to the discharge tooling. A photoelectric or magnetic counter increments on each discharge; when the preset count is reached the controller cuts power to the coil, stopping vibration.
