Fonctionnement

Wet powder is fed via a 316L hopper into the granulating chamber. A 316 triangular-bar scraper (Φ160 mm, 382 mm long) moves forward and reverse at 50 rpm (~360° swing), pressing material through the sieve screen. The worm gear (M=6, Z=51) and rack drive shaft adopt a crankshaft configuration with front/rear bearing positioning for stable, eccentric-free operation. The rack/gear modulus is increased (m3.5) for strong, stable drive. Lubrication is by worm-and-wheel splash to the upper case.
