Wet powder is loaded into a 400 × 410 mm SUS304 stainless-steel hopper above a horizontal cylindrical roller (Φ160 mm, 355 mm effective length). The roller alternates between forward and reverse rotation at 60–100 rpm, forcing the material through the stainless-steel screen below to form granules. Dry-agglomerated lumps are crushed by the same mechanism.
