Fonctionnement
Cycle: feed-box advances and vibrates to deliver powder into the die cavity, then retracts; the upper punch fast-descends, slow-enters the cavity, pre-compacts, then applies adjustable pressing pressure (up to 300 t at 20-22 MPa hydraulic pressure); for bidirectional pressing the lower-cylinder punch simultaneously pushes upward against the powder; the upper main cylinder progressively unloads while the lower cylinder lifts further to hold pressure (optional dwell); pressure is then released (controlled stage-wise depressurization), the upper punch returns, and the formed compact is ejected through the female die before the next automatic cycle.
