Fonctionnement

Operator pours material into the rotor-pump filling system; the filling system meters product into the bag formed by the W520 mm bag-former; the vertical packaging main machine performs back-seal forming and the cross-seal/cutter operate at the same station to seal and cut each bag; finished bags discharge onto a 304 stainless mesh-belt conveyor. Compression-extrusion gas displacement enables oxygen-free packaging of viscous products without a vacuum pump.
