Fonctionnement

8-station rotary indexing platform: empty pre-made bags are placed on the magazine, picked by a suction device (bottom-open) and held open by jaws as they index around the rotary table. Two filling stations dispense liquid metered by liquid pumps fed from automatic diaphragm pumps. After filling, bags pass dual sealing stations (double seal for redundancy), optional date coding via ribbon coder, and discharge onto an output conveyor. Jaw-width is set in the PLC HMI to suit the bag size, eliminating the need for a manual adjustment lever.
