Fonctionnement

Gear drive shifts speed and direction so the grinding blade and the pressure-leaf rotate in opposite directions. The angled pressure-leaf forces material downward; the grinding blade's arcuate surface, under centrifugal force, presses the material outward through the sieve drum to form uniform granules.

Nettoyage et entretien

After each batch (or if stopped for more than 15 minutes), remove material, unload the sieve drum, nuts, pressure-leaf and grinding blade, and clean all parts thoroughly. Do not allow material to solidify on moving parts — this increases mechanical load and shortens service life.
