SED-300VH-E — V-type Mixer

Driven by a 2.2 kW geared motor at 15 r/min, the asymmetric V-shaped cylinder (φ500 mm body, φ300 mm inlet, φ200 mm outlet) rotates about its central axis. Each half-revolution alternates the V-junction between bottom and top: at the bottom, gravity collects all material into the joint; at the top, the joint splits pooled material into the two inclined arms. The continuous displacement, translation, and diffusion of the powder bed produce uniform, dead-spot-free, shear-free mixing in 5–15 min. A stainless steel butterfly valve at the outlet enables clean discharge. Optional internal forced-stirring blade handles cohesive powders and moisture-containing materials.
