Fonctionnement
The FBD bowl is docked with the machine's cone funnel. The hydraulic system (2.2 kW motor driving CBN-E304 gear pump, controlled by DSG-01-3C4 electromagnetic steering valve and MBP-01-H-30 overflow valve, monitored by YN60 0-10 MPa pressure gauge) raises the bowl to working height. The column is then manually rotated to position the bowl over the downstream equipment. The milling motor (2.2 kW with VFD-M3.7KW inverter and TGS 0.55 kW reducer via Taiwan APEX gear case) drives the milling knives; material is milled and discharged at the bottom. OMRON position switch and JME1-4N tractive magnet ensure accurate positioning at all lift points. The complete transfer is closed, controlling dust and cross-contamination.
