Pre-counted small cartons enter via straight-line feed; Inovance 750 W servo drive (SV600 + MSAH4 motor) advances boxes through indexing mechanism while 400 W servo handles film cutting; double-station upper-and-lower vacuum cups assist film draw without static issues; rotary blade cuts film and conveys it over the box stack; folder boards and end-folders fold long bottom edge and end flaps; bottom heater and side heaters seal the bundle; reversible single-direction hand wheel enables safe manual jog.
