Fonctionnement

Three-dimensional motion: a frequency-conversion brake motor main shaft drives a rotary connecting rod that moves the loaded cylinder simultaneously in three directions — circumferential, radial, and axial. The triangular swing and translational rotation produce strong alternating pulse motion that continuously drives the mixed material; the resulting vortex has a varying energy gradient, achieving rapid and uniform mixing. This three-axis tumble avoids centrifugal segregation and material accumulation common in single-axis mixers. Mixing speed adjustable 0–12 rpm.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean wet cloth; open machine and wipe interior; clean mixing barrel with cloth then sterilize with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe interior and exterior; sanitize barrel with 75% alcohol. Lubricate transmission pairs with grease/lubricant every 3 months. Always stop motor before loading or unloading material.
