Fonctionnement

Products are arranged and fed to the packing machine via a five-section arranging machine. Aluminum foil (or other foldable material, max 130 mm wide) is unwound from a roll (inner Φ76–90 mm, outer ≤300 mm) and wrapped around each product using frock clamps and brushes. A Panasonic servo motor drives paper feed with precise position control. Leuze (Germany) sensors handle material detection, color-mark tracking, paper-break detection, and oversize rejection. A Delta inverter controls main drive speed. Omron HMI displays and controls operation. Finished products exit via conveyor.
