Fonctionnement
Products are fed via a main in-feed line that splits into three parallel streams, each served by a five-section arranging machine. Each arranging machine feeds its dedicated SED-300SBJ-L foil brushing packing machine. Aluminum foil is unwound from rolls, and frock clamps with brushes wrap foil around each product. Panasonic servo motors drive paper feed; Leuze sensors monitor material, color marks, paper feed, and oversize detection. Finished packs from all three packers merge onto a collection conveyor with folding-belt takeaway.
