Fonctionnement
Products are fed via a five-section auto-feeding machine, which arranges and positions them before presenting them to the packing machine. The foil brushing mechanism wraps aluminum foil (or wax paper/BOPP) around each product using shaped frock clamps and brushes. A Panasonic servo motor drives paper feed with precise positioning via Omron rotary encoder. Leuze sensors detect material presence, color marks, paper feed status, and oversize products. A Delta inverter controls the main drive motor speed. Finished products are collected and discharged.
