SED-300SBF-A — Four-Side Seal Packaging Machine

A single film roll (max Φ350 mm, 0.03–0.12 mm thick, max width 450 mm) is auto-unwound and tension-controlled, then split into three channels. Product is filled into pre-formed pouches via optional dosing or conveyor. Reciprocating servo-driven heat-seal heads (two heater plates in male/female mesh-knurl pattern — point-knurl or line-knurl per customer requirement — driven by six pneumatic cylinders providing balanced positive and cushion pressure) seal all four sides. A rolling-knife servo cutter shapes bags to specification (standard, round-corner, or custom). Auto tear-notch and hang-hole punches add functional features. Finished bags are discharged onto the output conveyor while waste film is automatically collected. PLC + HMI control with photoelectric registration for print alignment and automatic date coding.
