Fonctionnement
Liquid phases enter through dedicated feed ports (DN20 × 2). The top-entry high-shear homogeniser and the low-speed wall-scraping agitator work together to disperse, blend, and emulsify the product while keeping the vessel wall film moving. Thermal-oil electric heating (15 kW) drives the jacket; integrated PT100 senses temperatures 0–199°C. Vacuum capability (−1 to +0.5 bar) allows degassing or vacuum charging. Discharge is via the bottom valve. Three C3-grade stainless-steel load cells under the lug supports measure batch weight on the integrated weighing system.
