SED-300QFJ-D — SED-300QFJ-D High-Speed Slitter-Rewinder

Master roll is loaded on the shaftless hydraulic unwinder with linear-guide lateral movement; ultrasonic edge guide keeps the web in alignment with magnetic-powder tension control (10 kg). The web is drawn through pneumatic press-roll traction driven by a 5.5 kW Shanghai Danma servo motor with Sinee VFD,then passes the slitter section where flat or round knives (10 pcs each,manually positioned) cut the web to ±0.2 mm. Edge trim is sucked away by a 1.1 kW high-pressure fan. Two cut webs simultaneously rewind on two 3-inch (φ76 mm) pneumatic differential air-shafts in surface-winding configuration; mechanical arms on Taiwan-made linear guides keep the rewind in contact with the press roll. Each rewind driven by a 5.5 kW Shanghai Danma servo with 5.5 kW Sinee VFD. Siemens PLC + Weinview (Kunlun Tongtai) 10-inch HMI auto-counts length,stops the line at the preset,and triggers alarms. C&U bearings.
