Fonctionnement
Wet granules from the prior process are loaded onto a rotating centrifugal disc (Φ1400 mm, 7.5 kW) inside a closed chamber. The blower (3 kW) delivers an annular air stream beneath the granule bed; the combination of centrifugal force, gravity and air buoyancy makes the granules circulate in a rope-like annular motion. The pneumatic spray gun feeds binder/coating liquid as needed and the granules round into highly spherical pellets. The same machine handles film, enteric or sustained-release coating in the same chamber. Control box is optionally shared with the SP-250 spheronizer line.
