Fonctionnement

After capping and induction/heat sealing, each bottle is conveyed past the inspection station where a high-speed infrared thermal-imaging camera images the seal area. Machine-vision algorithms analyse the thermal pattern to identify all common foil-seal defects (missing cap, missing foil, reversed foil, foil damage, induction power too high/too low, tilted/loose cap) and signal a downstream rejector to remove defective bottles automatically.
