Fonctionnement
Raw materials are ground to powder by sugar milling machine → gum base is melted in electric oven (5-tray, 8 kW) → fully blended in 200 L double-paddle mixer (18.5 kW, 20–25 min/batch) → 4-screw extruder extrudes thick sheet → dusting conveyor coats both sides with powder to prevent sticking → 6-pair rolling sheeter progressively rolls to target chewing-gum thickness (≈ customer sample) → suction conveyor removes surface powder → pellet gum cutter cuts into small granules (200–300 kg/h) → pieces collected on trays and hardened in drying room for 12 hours → pellet divider (Φ750 sieve) separates pieces and smooths edges → 8× coating pans apply multiple sugar coats (15–45° inclination, 28–33 rpm, R22-cooled tunnel available) → final cooling tunnel (9-layer, R22, 4-rope) conditions the pellets → packaging.
