Fonctionnement

Premade bags are loaded on the bag bin. Eight stations rotate around the indexer (slotted cam for smooth high-speed motion, no spring breakage): (1) Bag pickup via suction cups. (2) Coding (date/lot number, optional). (3) Bag opening via top and bottom suction. (4) Fill 1: detection confirms bag is open, powder screw scale dispenses metered fill (no fill if bag is closed). (5) Fill 2: reserved/secondary fill station. (6) Rotate-blow and tamping (compresses material to clear seal area). (7) Heat seal 1. (8) Heat seal 2 / shaping (reserved station). Sealed bag exits to product conveyor.

Dustproof and waterproof design — washable with water. Tabletop has drainage grooves. IGUS plastic bearings require no oil. Oil-free vacuum pump avoids contaminating production environment. Main frame single-piece formed for absolute parallelism (precision preserved during cleaning). Per manual: wipe dirt with hot water, clean fixture dirt with brush, blow away moisture with air then wipe white oil on fixture pivot points; clean Teflon seal of heating unit and allow to dry.
