Fonctionnement

Tablets are loaded into the 300 mm coating pan, which rotates clockwise at an adjustable speed (0–60 rpm, VFD-controlled). The rotational movement causes tablets to tumble continuously through the spray application zone. Coating solution is atomized by the RA-C1 spray gun for fast, even distribution. Concurrently, temperature-regulated hot air (from the blower, ambient–70 °C) flows through the pan, rapidly drying the applied coating. A fixed internal deflector guides tablets along the optimal trajectory required for film-coating processes, forming a solid, fine, complete, and smooth surface film.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production: wipe outer machine surface with damp towel; wipe inside and material drum with clean towel, then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with damp towel; clean drum with towel and 75% alcohol. After each batch, clean spray gun and liquid cylinder with distilled water or ethanol.
