SED-300HJG-Y Gelatin Melting/Sol Tank for soft capsule production. 300 L effective volume. Vertical three-layer fully-sealed straight-cylinder tank with upper/lower heads, leg-mounted, flange-connected. Mechanical agitator on tank top with explosion-proof motor and mechanical seal. Inner shell δ=4 mm SS304; jacket δ=4 mm SS304; insulation δ=2 mm SS304. Internal mirror polish (no hygienic dead zones); external all-polished. Heat exchange area 1.8 m², electric heating 15 kW, variable-frequency stirring 0–120 RPM.
