Fonctionnement
PVC sheet is heated by 3-zone preheat + heat forming plate and formed into blister cavities using positive-pressure forming (combining flat-plate and roll-plate advantages). A 2-stage vibrating high-speed feeder loads tablets/capsules into blister cavities. Heat-sealing applies aluminum foil (PTP) with heated batch-number coding station. Punching station with independent Siemens servo separates finished blisters. Pneumatic mesh-roller auto-lift during stop prevents PVC deformation. SMC vacuum generators and Festo suction cups handle product pickup. PLC controls the full sequence with safety interlocks on all doors.
