The SED-300GFZ1-A is a fluidized granulation dryer designed for granulating powder using a spray binder. Cold air passes through pre-filter, medium filter, and HEPA filter, then is heated before entering the fluid bed. T
Fonctionnement
Powder material is loaded into the fluid bed chamber. Cold air flows through pre-, medium-, and HEPA (terminal) filters, then through a heating chamber to reach the set temperature. Material is periodically fluidized. Binder solution is conveyed by liquid pump to the spray nozzle, atomized into droplets by compressed air, and sprayed onto the fluidized material. Evaporated moisture is extracted by the exhaust fan.
