Fonctionnement
Powder material is fluidized in a closed negative-pressure chamber. Hot air flows upward through the powder bed, and a binder solution is atomized through a spray gun onto the fluidized particles. The simultaneous heat and mass transfer causes the particles to grow into granules and dry in a single continuous step. The negative-pressure condition prevents cross-contamination and eliminates dead corners.
