The SED-300GFB-B is a closed circular fluidized bed granulator and coater featuring continuous pulse-jet bag cleaning for operation without dead-bed. Working volume: 1000 L; batch capacity: 200–300 kg/batch (at 0.6 g/cm³

Fonctionnement
Air is drawn through three-stage filtration (pre, mid, sub-HEPA, achieving 300,000-class clean air), heated by a combined steam heater and tube-fin heater (total 180 m²), and enters the bottom plenum to fluidize the powder bed. Liquid binder or coating solution is delivered by peristaltic pumps to bottom-spray guns (SS316L), atomized, and sprayed onto the fluidized material. Continuous pulse-jet cleaning of the fabric bags during operation eliminates dead-bed conditions. A 30 kW VFD exhaust fan with adjustable damper allows adaptation to different materials and process requirements. Optional negative-pressure auto-feed via own exhaust fan reduces manual labor.
