Fonctionnement

Cartons enter the machine on a powered PVC-belt conveyor; side rails (handwheel-adjustable) center and guide each box. A pneumatic actuator folds the rear inner flap when the stroke switch is triggered; left and right folding rods fold the outer flaps. Tape heads apply adhesive sealing tape along the closed top seam. The box exits the sealed end. Pneumatic actuators are powered by compressed air at ~0.5 MPa (~5 kgf/cm²) at ~50 L/min.

Nettoyage et entretien

Keep inside and outside of machine clean and dry at all times. Do not place wet or dirty objects on machine table. Clean and lubricate tape cutter blades before use. Lubricate all transmission parts of the sealer every two months. Check and tighten all screws and nuts every two months. Carton requirements: must be dry, no surface debris, no deformed cartons. Tape requirements: use only standard PVC tape; avoid distorted, deformed, paper-type, non-uniform-width, or aged (>6 months) tape.
