Fonctionnement

Material is loaded into a movable hopper, then screw-fed into the crushing chamber under negative pressure. High-speed cutter shears and impacts material; high-frequency vibration from full-airflow assists. Pulverized powder reaches target fineness then passes through classifying screen into conveying tube; qualified material is carried by airflow to cyclone collector for gas-solid separation, discharged via star valve. Fine dust is captured by pulse bag dust collector and clean air is exhausted.
