Fonctionnement

Wind-wheel high-speed rotating knife (4500 r/min) on movable toothed disk works against a fixed toothed disk; material entering the crushing chamber is broken by impact, shearing, grinding between the toothed disks and inter-particle impact. The high-speed rotation generates strong airflow that simultaneously cools the chamber and pulls the finished particles through a sized screen at the chamber outlet. Pulverized material flows under centrifugal force into a collection bag below. A separate 0.55 kW dust collector pulls fine airborne particles through a cloth-bag filter, recovering dust into a collection box — no dust escapes to the production room.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production: wipe exterior with clean damp cloth; open machine and wipe interior; wipe hopper with clean cloth then disinfect with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe all interior and exterior surfaces; clean hopper with damp cloth then 75% alcohol. Periodic: check moving parts monthly; replace filter bag when clogged; open horizontal locking mechanism for tool-less access to crushing chamber; clean toothed disks and screen at product changeover. Do not flush motor, fan control box, or bearings with water.
