Fonctionnement
Manual bag-loading; intelligent electrical control system uses fast/medium/slow three-speed feeding to ensure quantitative accuracy and uniform feeding. Automatically completes feeding, weighing, bag-clamping, and discharge. Long-distance auger (screw conveyor) feeding; material passes through a pneumatic butterfly valve into the buffer hopper, then conveyed by twin-screw into the bag. Belt speed controls feed rate; once the bag is filled to setpoint, the bag-clamp opens via the control system; the bag is conveyed away by belt and sealed manually.
