Fonctionnement
Products travel on the infeed conveyor and pass over a weighing belt section. A high-precision digital load cell samples the product weight via a high-speed A/D controller. Non-conforming items are rejected by a pusher and collected in a reject bin. Three operating modes are supported: Dynamic (normal pipeline), Static (weighing platform pauses for each item — suitable for <20 passes/min), and Energy-saving (equipment auto-stops during idle periods and auto-restarts when product detected). Zero tracking (manual or automatic) and self-learning of recipe parameters are built-in.
