Fonctionnement
The machine uses a vertical-axis crushing mechanism with a cross-shear cutter design. It consists of a frame, motor, feed hopper, and crushing unit. Material enters the crushing chamber from the feed hopper and is crushed by the shear action of rotating moving knives against fixed knives at medium speed. Particle size is controlled by adjusting the gap between moving and fixed knives. Material meeting the required particle size is discharged through the screen; material not yet meeting requirements continues to be crushed until it does.

Ensure there are no metal or excessively hard foreign objects in the crushing chamber before startup.; Check and tighten all locking screws; adjust knife gap and select appropriate screen mesh per required particle size.; If discharge is too slow or particles are too fine, check whether the screen mesh is clogged and clear immediately.
