Air-classifier mechanical pulverizer: SUS304 screw feeder delivers material (<10 mm feed) into the grinding chamber; a 4300 rpm cutter disc shears the material. An integrated SUS304 air-classifier wheel (3 kW VFD-driven) sets the cut-point at 80–320 mesh — coarse particles fall back for re-grinding while fines exit. Negative-pressure air created by the 15 kW dust blower transports fine product through a cyclone separator (where bulk fines drop via the rotary airlock) and finally through a 36-cartridge pulse-jet bag filter to recover residual fines and clean the exhaust air.
