The V-shaped mixing barrel rotates on a horizontal shaft; the unbalanced canister body promotes asymmetric material tumbling, producing thorough and uniform mixing. Optional intensifier bar provides additional forced agitation for fine powders or moisture-containing materials. Vacuum charging eliminates dust during loading.

Nettoyage et entretien

Keep equipment clean after each mixing cycle. Bearings require regular lubrication. Worm reducer requires regular oil replenishment. Gearbox filled with #20 oil, change every 3 months. Rolling bearings filled with high-temperature grease to one-third of bearing cavity capacity.
