Fonctionnement
Caps are loaded into the elevator and lifted into the orienter. The orienter feeds inner and outer caps onto the track; a tooth disc (gear plate) draws them in to assemble inner and outer caps together; the tamper-evident ring is guided in by a forming head to complete the four-piece assembly. Photoelectric sensors on the track and orienter provide automatic stop and feed-rate control.
