Fonctionnement
The machine operates in a cyclic 4-cup linear format. Empty cups are dropped automatically from the cup magazine. The stirred filler dispenses sauce or paste into each cup (stirring prevents settling of thick materials). A pre-cut foil lid is automatically placed on each filled cup. The sealing station performs two-pass heat sealing for a more reliable hermetic seal compared to single-pass. Sealed cups are automatically discharged to the output conveyor or collection area. All motions are controlled by the Omron PLC via Weinview HMI; the indexing mechanism uses a divider (Ruipу brand, Shandong).
